Artichoke Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 jar marinated artichokes hearts (6 ounce. ea.) liquid removed
  • 1 jar mushrooms (4 1/2 ounce.) liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. onions minced
  • 1/3 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 c. chicken broth or possibly dry white wine
  •     cooked noodles or possibly rice
  •     minced fresh parsley
