Antipasto Salad Recipe


  • 1/4 to 1/2 pound thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 to 1/2 pound thinly sliced salami
  • 1/8 to 1/4 pound each of several assorted cheeses, such as Gouda, cheddar or possibly Swiss
  • Marinated pitted black or possibly green olives
  • Pepperoncini
  • Lettuce & other greens to line plate


Arrange On Plate. This Recipe Will Serve About 6 To 8 People. Use These Amounts As A Guide, Adding More Or Possibly Less To Suit Your Needs.
