  • 2/3 cup canola or olive oil (I used ½ cup)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (I use Splenda Blend for this)
  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar (I use Splenda Blend for this)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup organic white whole wheat flour or whole wheat
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • 3/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds, divided
