All Purpose Stuffing Recipe


  • 115 gm Streaky bacon
  • 200 gm Lean pork or possibly chicken
  • 50 gm Chicken livers
  • 1 x Clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 3 1/2 ounce White bread crumbs
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 fl ounce Cider
  •     Brandy to taste, (optional)


Mince The Meats, Garlic And Parsley In A Mincer. Add In The Bread Crumbs And Season To Taste. Pour In The Cider And Brandy And Mix Well. You Can Add In Many Different Ingredients…
