Ingredients
- 2 green peppers
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 1-2 carrots
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 1/2 pound hard salami
- 1/2 pound pepperoni
- 1/2 pound Provolone cheese
- 1 jar green olives
- 1 can black pitted olives
- 1 pound med. shell macaroni or possibly "trio spirals", cooked and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 T oregano
- 2 or possibly 3 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Description
Mix All Ingredients. Pour Over Minced Vegetables And Pasta. Chill 10 To 12 Hrs. Stir And Serve.
