Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound hard salami
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound Provolone cheese
  • 1 jar green olives
  • 1 can black pitted olives
  • 1 pound med. shell macaroni or possibly "trio spirals", cooked and liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 T oregano
  • 2 or possibly 3 T sugar
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Description

Mix All Ingredients. Pour Over Minced Vegetables And Pasta. Chill 10 To 12 Hrs. Stir And Serve.
