- 1 piece of tamarind, or possibly a bit vinegar.
- 1 Tbsp. Water, up to 2
- Â Â Salt
Boil The Chicken Until It Is Well Cooked. Slice The Meat In Long Slices. Mix The Water, Asem And Salt. Rub The Meat With It. Fry It In Oil Until It Is Crispy.
