  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 ounce canned artichoke hearts, cut into 1/2 inch pcs
  • 3/4 to 1 pound crab">crab or possibly imitation crab">crab stick, cut up
  • 4 ounce Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounce onion, paper thin slices
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • French bread
