  • 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes
  • 1 c. pitted ripe olives, green & black
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1 T lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
