- 5 ounce Double-Blanched Garlic (see recipe), sliced

- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 12 ounce fresh or possibly store-bought angel hair pasta
- 1/4 c. minced fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 sprg fresh basil leaves for garnish
