Artichoke Appetizer Recipe


  • 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 sm. onion, finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped or possibly mashed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon each pepper, oregano, Tabasco
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 T chopped parsley
