- 1/4 tsp Dry oregano, crumbled
- 1/8 tsp Dry warm pepper flakes
- 1 med Aubergine (1 1/4 pounds)
- 8 ounce Fat free Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. Fat free grated Parmesean cheese
