  • 75 gm Ready-to-eat dry apricots, minced (3oz)
  • 50 gm Walnuts, finely minced (2oz)
  •     Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly minced parsley
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
