Beef With Asparagus (prodigy) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Flank steak, membrane peeled
  •     Boneless Sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain into, pcs 2-in long
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chinese rice wine Or possibly, dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 1/2 lb Fresh asparagus, sliced diagonally
  •     Salt, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. Chicken broth
