Apricot Tansy Recipe


  • 170 gm noneedtosoak dry apricots
  • 40 gm butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 x Large eggs plus 1 egg yolk size 3
  • 2 Tbsp. double cream
  • 60 gm fresh breadcrumbs
  • 30 gm caster sugar
  • 1 pch nutmeg
  •     Sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 x 20.5 to 23 cm deep frying pan
