Creamy Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 ounce.) bag frzn hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 4 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes, for topping

Description

Defrost Potatoes. Grease A 13 X 9 Inch Baking Pan. Combine All Ingredients, Except Topping. Mix Gently. Sprinkle Corn Flakes On Top. Bake At 350 Degrees For 45 Min.
