- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 c. apples, diced
- 1 c. minced nuts (chunky)
Description
Butter And Flour A 9 X 13 Inch Pan. Mix All Ingredients Together In A Large Bowl. Add In Apples And Nuts Last. Mix Is Very Stiff. Spread In Pan And Bake At 350 Degrees For 45 Min.
