Andalusian Gazpacho (gazpacho Andaluz) Recipe


  • 3 lrg Tomatoes, red ripe coarsely minced
  • 2 x Green peppers seeded and sliced
  • 1 x Garlic clove peeled
  • 5 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
  • 2 slc Bread, white part only
  • 4 c. Ice water
  • 1 1/2 slc Toasted bread cubed
