- 1/4 c. Fresh Cilantro leaves minced
- 1/2 tsp Dry red chili pepper crushed
- 2 tsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce - low sodium
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger root - grated
