Antipasto Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 8 ounce spiral pasta
  • 6 ounce spinach shells
  • 1 c. thinly sliced red and green pepper
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 pound provolone, sliced
  • 1/4 pound salami, sliced
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/4 c. red and black olives (sliced)
  • Fresh minced parsley to taste
  • Minced green onion to taste
