  • 5 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved
  • 2 c. buttermilk


Cut Shortening Into Dry Ingredients. Dissolve Yeast In 2 Tsp Lukewarm Water And Add In Buttermilk. Mix All Ingredients Well. Roll To 1/2-inch Thickness And Use Biscuit Cutter.…
