- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1/8 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 6 dsh Peychaud's bitters
