Alaska Surimi Seafood Quiche Recipe


  • 2 x deep-dish pie shells - (9" dia) unbaked
  • 1 lb Alaska surimi seafood
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. minced green leeks">onions or possibly leeks
  • 8 x Large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 quart half-and-half or possibly lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry if you like
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Cayenne pepper to taste
