Autumn Glory Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x unbaked 9" pie shell w/pastry for lattice
  •     top preferably and
  •     orange flavored pie crust
  • 1 x 30 oz -can apricot halves liquid removed reserving 1
  • 2/3 c. liquid
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon rind grated
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly oleo
