  • 1 sm onion - (4 ounce) minced
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 lb hard fleshed fish cut 2" pcs
  • (such as sea bass or possibly red snapper)
  • 1 can no-salt-added diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. low-sodium canned vegetable broth
  • 3/4 lb fresh mussels in the shell well scrubbed,
  • and debearded
  • 1/4 lb medium shrimp peeled, deveined
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 8 ounce dry or possibly fresh angel hair pasta cooked al dente
