Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound box med. sea shells
  • 1/2 pound Provolone cheese, diced
  • 1/2 pound hard salami, diced
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 12 ounce can black olives, diced
  • 8 ounce jar green olives, diced
  • 2 T onion, minced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 T oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. oil

Description

Cook Shells, Rinse And Drain.Mix Dressing And Pour Over Hot Shells And Toss. Cool. Add In Other Ingredients. Make Up To 24 Hrs Ahead. Best If It Has Time To Marinate. Keeps Well.
