- 2 T lemon juice
- 4 c. fresh or possibly canned crab meat
- 3 (9 ounce) packages. frzn artichoke hearts, cooked according to pkg. directions
- 2 1/2 c. shell macaroni, cooked & liquid removed
- 2 c. grated Gruyere or possibly Swiss cheese
