- 1 quart. head lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/2 cucumber, scored, thinly sliced
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can diagonally cut green beans, liquid removed and chilled
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can sliced pepperoni
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, chilled and liquid removed
- 1 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse grnd black pepper
- Dash of red pepper
Description
Makes 6 To 8 Servings. Toss All Salad Ingredients In Large Bowl. Mix Dressing Ingredients. Serve Dressing On The Side.
