Antipasto Salad Toss Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 quart. torn fresh spinach
  • 1 quart. head lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1/2 cucumber, scored, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can diagonally cut green beans, liquid removed and chilled
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, chilled and liquid removed
  • 1 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse grnd black pepper
  • Dash of red pepper

Description

Makes 6 To 8 Servings. Toss All Salad Ingredients In Large Bowl. Mix Dressing Ingredients. Serve Dressing On The Side.
