Asparagus Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Asparagus, sliced into 1"
  • 3 x Leeks, sliced
  • 4 x Green onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 x Red potato, minced small
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 x Chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 c. Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Tarragon
  • 2 Tbsp. Basil
  • 1 x Clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Description

Saute/fry Vegetables In Butter For 5 Min. Add In Water And Bouillon Cube; Simmer 5 Min. Add In Remaining Ingredients And Simmer 10 Min More. Serve. Serves 4
