  • 1 lb dry apricots
  • 2 lb stoned dates
  • 1 lb golden brown raisins
  • 1/2 lb preserved ginger, finely minced
  • 4 clv garlic, crushed
  • 1 lb brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  •     Distilled white vinegar
