  • 1 c. (250 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 c. (250 ml) shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) warm sauce, or possibly to taste
  • 1 x clove garlic, finely minced
  •     Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
