  • 7.5 ounces pureed pumpkin
  • FOR DULCE DE LECHE:
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • boiling water
  • FOR DULCE DE LECHE BUTTERCREAM:
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons prepared dulce de leche
