- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Water, (about)
- 1/2 c. Madeira
- 1/4 c. White wine, dry
- 3 Tbsp. Shallots, chopped
- 2 c. Whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp Lemon peel, grated
- 1 c. Tomatoes, Italian plum, peel ed, seeded and minced
- Â Â Or possibly liquid removed minced canned it alian plum tomatoes
- Â Â Chopped fresh basil
