Avocado Soup I Recipe


  • 2 x to 3 large, ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 4 x to 6 c. (1-1.5 L) canned or possibly fresh chicken or possibly vegetable stock
  • 1 c. (250 ml) heavy cream
  •     Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
  •     A grating of fresh nutmeg
  •     Minced fresh cilantro or possibly parsley
  •     Lime wedges
