Amaretto Custard Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (18 1/2 ounce)
  • 1 pkg. (3 ounce) instant custard mix or possibly instant vanilla pudding mix (3 1/4 ounce)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Amaretto liquor
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 T Amaretto liquor, may have to add in a little more
  • Dash of salt

Description

Heat Oven To 350 Degrees. Grease And Flour A 12 Cup Bundt Cake Pan. Beat All Ingredients For 2 Min. Bake For 45 Min. Mix Glaze Till Smooth. Spread On Cool Baked Cake.
