  • 6 x garlic cloves - (to 7) minced very fine
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c. oregano
  • 1/4 c. red dry pepper (the Italian type)
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  •     Salt to taste
