  • 1/3 c. apricot preserves
  • 1 Pate Brisee
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter, cool, cut into 1/2 inch bits
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Approximately 1/4 c. ice water
