Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Sherry or possibly port
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Onion chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated tangerine or possibly orange rind
  • 1 pch Salt or possibly to taste

Description

Combine All Ingredients. Marinate 2 Ducks, Cut Into Pcs, In Mix For 4 To 12 Hrs, As Required.
