- 3/4 c. Lowfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. Shallots, finely minced, green onion
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 8 ounce Mushrooms, trimmed and finely minced (2 c.)
- 1/2 x Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 c. Lowfat plain yogurt
- 10 ounce Chicken, cooked, minced (about 2 c.)
