Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Finely minced dry apricots
  • 1 lrg Apple, peeled/minced
  • 1 c. Apple juice
  • 2/3 c. Finely minced dry apple
  • 1 pkt (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
  • 5 Tbsp. Sugar, divided
  • 3/4 c. Hot light cream or possibly lowfat milk, (110-115 F)
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 2 3/4 c. All-purpose flour (up to 3 1/4 c.)
  •     Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  •     Confectioner's sugar
