Amaretto Cherry Dessert Recipe


  • 375 gm Fresh cherries, stoned and halved (12oz)
  • 4 Tbsp. Amaretti di Saronno
  • 1 tsp Arrowroot
  • 1 tsp Water
  • 4 x 150 g tubs soya yogurt
  • 65 gm Amaretto biscuits, crushed (2 1/2oz)
  •     Fresh cherries, to decorate
