- 2 cans artichoke hearts (in water)
- 1 can water chestnuts, minced
- 1 package frzn spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. of Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. of Romano cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1-2 c. of crab (or possibly artificial crab)
- dash of salt and pepper
