  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs (lg.)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 3/4 ounce pkg. vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
  • 1 1/2 c. minced dry apricots
  • 1 1/2 c. minced walnuts
