- 1.21 lbs ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (crushed)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbles
- 1 egg yolk
