• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp grnd cinnamon
•     GLAZE (below)
• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Tbsp. skim lowfat milk, (1-2T) sufficient to mix smooth
