  • 1/3 c. sucunat, (or possibly granulated sugar substitute)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp grnd mace
  • 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, (I use Smart Balance)
  • 6 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/4 c. apricot or possibly pineapple all fruit preserves
  •     soy or possibly rice lowfat milk


Stir Together Flour, Sugar, Salt, Mace, And Baking Pwdr. Cut In Butter Or Possibly Margarine Till Mix Resembles Coarse Crumbs. Combine 1 Tbsp. Water And Lemon Extract And Sprinkle…
