  • 3 x Shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 c. Chicken stock
  • 1 c. Sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Aged sherry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste


In A Saucepan Caramelize Shallots In Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add In Chicken Stock And Sherry Vinegar. Reduce By 1/2. Add In Aged Sherry Vinegar And Reduce To A Sauce Consistency.…
