- 2 lbs. frzn hash browns, cubed
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 T melted butter
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Description
Mix Together And Put In Casserole Pan. Top With 1/2 Cup Cornflake Crumbs And 3 Tbsp Melted Butter. Bake 1 Hour At 350 Degrees.
