- 1/2 can (5 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3 c. catsup
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T liquid smoke, if desired
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. finely minced onions
Description
Mix And Shape Into Balls. Place In A 9x13 Glass Pan In Single Layer. Pour On Sauce And Bake 1 Hour At 350 Degrees.
