  • 1 c. Porcini Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 c. Tomatoes, peeled, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Sun-Dry Tomatoes, diced
