  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 c. applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 3 T oil
  • 1 egg white

Description

Grease Muffin Tins. Stir Wet Ingredients Together Then Add In Dry Ingredients. Pour Into Muffin Tins. Bake At 400 Degrees For 20 Min. 1 Dozen.
